Overview:Hiring Immediately! Accounting ClerkLas VegasTransdev Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk at its Las Vegas facility. Come join the largest private-sector operator of public transportation in North America - one that cares about its employees, passengers, and their communities.Why Work for Us?Competitive salary!Excellent health benefits!Paid time off!Holiday pay!401(k) with company match!Career advancement opportunities!Being appreciated as a valuable member of a great team!Responsibilities:Processes sales data including pass reconciliations, analysis reports, and accounts collections.Reviews daily cash deposits, aging reports for accounts receivable and budget updates.Makes accounts receivable collection calls.Reviews/audits daily cash reports from transit stores; leads transit store audits.Reconciles invoices and credit memos.Reviews National Transit Database monthly report.Completes credit card reconciliations.Coordinates department purchases and places orders.Maintains confidentiality of all information.Other duties as required.Qualifications:Education, Licensing, and Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.Experience:2-4 years related financial experience.Skills and Knowledge Required:Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.General knowledge of office equipment.Good written and oral communications skills.Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions, short correspondence and memos.Travel requirement (as a percent): Pre-Employment Requirements:Must submit to drug testing and a background check.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by the employee to successful perform the essential functions of this job.
