Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include the daily entry of data into the AP system (Great Plains), support other A/P Accounting team member daily duties, ensure all assigned PO/invoice matching functions are properly completed per the company's standards and in a timely manner, cut checks and match the checks with the appropriate approved back-up , liaison with internal and external customer to ensure that payment related issues or concerns are resolved in a timely manner, timely resolution of problems in regards to invoices which do not match the PO and/or Receiving Report Filing of voucher details and related back up, handle all expense reports via Concur database, other projects as assigned in regards to Accounts Payable.
