Health, Vision, Dental Benefits 401k Job Details Job Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain accurate financial records within NetSuite, including accounting operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior leadership. Support the implementation and enforcement of financial policies and internal controls. Partner with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure timely and compliant filings. Identify opportunities to optimize financial workflows and collaborate with other departments to drive improvements. Guide and mentor junior accounting staff to support their growth and maintain high performance. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to inform long-term business decisions. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. 5 years of experience in a Financial Controller or similar financial leadership role. Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, including system implementation, customization, and reporting. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practices. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bonus: Active CPA certification.
