Job Description:

details: We are seeking a detailed-oriented data entry person for
our Purchasing Department. Duties include but are not limited to
the following: • Input and print Purchase Orders for multiple
properties in multiple states • Attain approval, fax and scan
purchase orders to multiple properties • Obtain receivers, match to
purchase orders • Open and date stamp mail • Compile Invoices,
Purchase Orders and Receivers • Input Invoices into MAS for paymen
• Track and update usage on Excel spreadsheets
