to improving the lives of our senior members. We deliver
best-in-class care at comfortable, accessible neighborhood clinics

individuals for future responsibility as a Center Administrator.
Working closely under the guidance and direction of the Center
Administrator, the ACA supports day-to-day center operations, staff
coordination, and member-experience initiatives. The role is
intentionally developmental, focusing on building foundational
leadership skills, gaining exposure to healthcare operations, and
supporting key workflows that contribute to clinical quality,
member satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The ACA assists
with aspects of staff coaching, workflow optimization, compliance
activities, and community engagement while gradually taking on more
responsibility as readiness increases. Duties/Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Team Coordination Assist the Center
Administrator with daily coordination of clinical and non-clinical
teams, serving as a support resource rather than the primary
decision-maker. Provide on-the-floor operational support; resolve
basic workflow challenges and escalate complex issues to the Center
Administrator. Participate in staff huddles, team meetings, and
coaching discussions to reinforce consistency and best practices.
Member Experience & Service Excellence Support initiatives that
strengthen member satisfaction; help gather feedback and identify
opportunities to improve the service experience. Assist
front-office and support teams with timely scheduling, clear
communication, and service recovery efforts. Systems, Processes &
Administrative Assistance Help monitor scheduling, billing, and
administrative workflows under the direction of the Center
Administrator. Assist in identifying inefficiencies and contribute
ideas to improve workflows and center performance. Community &
Relationship Building Assist the Center Administrator with outreach
to local healthcare providers, community organizations, and
marketing partners. Participate in community events to represent
the center and support engagement. Workforce & Resource Support
Support resource planning by assisting with staff scheduling,
onboarding logistics, and training coordination. Help maintain a
positive, collaborative work environment that supports staff,
providers, and member retention. Compliance, Safety & Quality
Support Assist with compliance workflows, including documentation
standards, HIPAA adherence, and safety procedures. Participate in
meetings focused on best practices, regulatory adherence, and
quality improvement. Financial & Performance Exposure Gain exposure
to financial reporting, revenue cycle, and center performance
metrics under the direction of the Center Administrator. Assist
with basic tracking and data entry related to operational or
performance reporting. Required Skills/Abilities: Foundational
understanding of healthcare or customer-service operations with
interest in developing deeper operational knowledge. Strong
customer service orientation with a warm, professional demeanor
focused on senior-member experience. Demonstrated leadership
potential with willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into
greater responsibility. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines. Critical
thinking and problem-solving orientation, with guidance available
from the Center Administrator. Ability to work effectively with
diverse staff, providers, members, families, vendors, and external
partners. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in PC skills; willingness to learn new systems
(experience with ECW preferred but not required). Education and
Experience: High School diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, medical clinic,
hospitality environment, or comparable service-oriented field.
Experience in a lead, senior, or team-support role preferred but
not required; leadership potential is essential. Experience in
regulated environments or fast-paced operational settings
preferred. ArchWell Health is an equal opportunity employer.

without regard to their race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual
orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran
status, or any other protected classification.
