into our third generation. Position Summary We are seeking an
experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial construction
projects. The role requires managing all phases of project
execution, from negotiation and bidding to procurement and
close-out, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within
scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial
construction projects through all phases, including negotiation,
bidding, procurement, and close-out. Collaborate with
superintendents to ensure project accountability and team morale.
Oversee subcontractor management from procurement to completion.
Ensure safety, scheduling, and quality control standards are
strictly adhered to on all job sites. Provide technical direction
to project teams and manage project risks. Maintain robust
communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders,
including owners, subcontractors, designers, and consultants.
Assist and guide the design team as necessary. Ensure accurate and
timely project financial management and stringent cost control.
Document and track project progress using Procore. Required
Qualifications Proven leadership skills with a professional,
self-starting, and energetic demeanor. Minimum of 3 years'
experience managing commercial construction projects and
subcontractors. Proficient in various construction delivery
methods. Strong time management, record keeping, problem-solving,
and organizational abilities. Competent with Microsoft Office. High
school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or certifications in construction management.
Experience in leadership and participation in community or
professional organizations. Defined personal and professional
