Job Description Job Description Construction Superintendent Job Title: Superintendent / Senior Superintendent Job Location: Las Vegas, NV Salary: $130k-$170k Requirements: Experience as Construction Superintendent experience on projects for Hospitality or Commercial This is a full time / permanent position with a 200-person General Contractor in Las Vegas. They are heavily focused in projects related to Hospitality and Commercial. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents. Benefits Compensation: $130k-$170k Benefits, 401k, PTO, etc. Company provided vehicle / Gas card Stable / Reputable General Contractor with Consistent projects Growth opportunity and excellent company culture Strong Glass Door rating / employment tenure What You Will Be Doing Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish Develop and manage the project schedule Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite Monitor Construction progress Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc What You Need for this Position 6 Years as a superintendent Experience at General Contractors Hospitality or Commercial Projects Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
