Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to support K-12
students within a dynamic school district in Mesquite, TX. This
position focuses on addressing significant behavioral
disproportionality by working collaboratively with both general
education and special education students. The role offers a
hands-on approach to behavior intervention, staff training, and
supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
tailored to individual student needs across diverse educational
settings. Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate
behavioral strategies into general and special education
classrooms. Provide ongoing training and professional development
for school personnel to enhance behavior management techniques.
Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness of
behavior analytic services. Collect, analyze, and report data to
monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications: Active BCBA license is required. Experience in
school-based settings preferred. Skilled in working with both
general education and special education populations. Strong
communication and training skills. Ability to manage multiple
caseloads and coordinate with various stakeholders. Location and
Schedule: Position is based onsite in Mesquite, Texas. Full-time
schedule, approximately 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration:
January 16, 2025 through May 28, 2026. This role offers an
