This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company, with potential for principalship, ownership, and profit sharing within the first few years.Position Overview:As a Principal MEP Engineer, you will lead our expansion efforts into new location from your home base area.We are seeking a dynamic individual with an existing book of business and a track record of generating revenue. This is a pivotal role that will require your ability to develop and lead a team, mentor emerging leaders, and actively engage with clients and industry peers. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping the company's future.Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Generate revenue by leveraging your existing client base to kickstart operations at new offices.
• Lead the development and growth of new offices with the support of our team.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Foster frequent interaction with clients and industry professionals.
• Desire to take on a major role within the company.
• Participate in community involvement, such as industry groups, chamber of commerce, Rotary, and similar organizations.Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of consulting engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.
  • History of leadership roles, such as project management, team leadership, department supervision, and mentoring.Preferred Locations (but not limited):

      • $125,000 - $175,000 depending on market location and experience.
