Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design Engineer, Product Design.
Key Responsibilities:
Design reusable components and patterns, conduct usability testing,
and maintain design system code repositories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the design
system into product development workflows
Contribute to the design system's long-term vision, champion
accessibility, and mentor team members
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product design or front-end engineering,
preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems
Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) and design
tools (Figma, Storybook)
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and a passion for
mentoring teams
Familiarity with automation tools and emerging technologies in
design and engineering
