Environment SUMMARY Maintains a safe, clean working environment for
all dealership employees and customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Essential
Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Cleans
the service and customer areas. Performs routine building
maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of
customers or employees. Sweeps/Mops and cleans service area and or
use floor scrubber. Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow
and debris as necessary. Empties and cleans all trash receptacles
inside shop area. Removes all debris from lot. Drains and disposes
of used oil filters properly. Assists technicians with oil and
water spills and with emptying drain tubs. Runs errands as directed
by foreman. Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and
other federal, state, and local regulations. Uses proper eye, hand,
and body protection when using products that require protection.
Performs other duties as assigned. MARGINAL DUTIES Marginal Duties
include the following. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
or one to three months related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words
and to recognize similarities and differences between words and
between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple
sentences. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two
digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money
and weight measurement, volume, and distance. REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple
one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized
situations with only occasional or no variables. CERTIFICATES,
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands
