A content delivery network has an open position for a
Telecommute Senior Engineering Manager. Individual must be able to
fulfill the following responsibilities:Recruit and hire software
engineers and develop them into a thriving, collaborative
teamMentor and provide regular feedback to engineers in design,
architecture, development, quality, and career developmentBuild,
mentor, and grow a distributed team of software engineers and
technical leadersRequired Skills: Experience leading and
effectively executing a distributed teamPrior history working in
the software security and web application industriesSomeone who
comes with years of technical and individual contributor
experienceHigh performance, large scale, or global multi-tenant
systemsFamiliar and comfortable with shipping customer-installed
software and guiding teams to craft high quality, maintainable
codeBS/Masters in Engineering, Computer Science or other related
technical fields
