Job Description:
A video chat software development company is in need of a Remote
Configuration Management and Governance Lead.
Must be able to:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the process, including
establishing priorities and work assignments
Track compliance to policies and procedures and resolve or escalate
any compliance issues
Facilitating CM audits
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
BS or equivalent and experience in Configuration Management
Strong knowledge of information technology change and configuration
management best practices and methodologies
Efficient in use and support of ServiceNow CMDB (Data Models, BSM
Mapping, Data Transforms)
Solid knowledge of ITSM processes, especially ITIL Service
Transition
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, pivot
tables)
ITIL V3 Foundation
