Job Description:

Busy, expanding law firm seeking an experienced Case Manager with 2 years in Personal Injury Case Management. Our firm's primary practice areas include Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation. Must speak Spanish and English. Great client interaction is a must. We want growth-minded people to join our Team.

Please note: This is not a training position.

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000, 401k, Retirement Plan, Health Ins, Quarterly bonuses available

Responsibilities:
--- Client Intake calls, meetings, paperwork
--- Monitoring treatment with providers
--- Collection, review, and maintenance of medical records and bills
--- Drafting demand letters and assisting Attorney with documentation
--- Working with insurance companies to negotiate claims
--- Communication with clients, providing status updates, and checking on them
--- Assisting the firm's legal staff with cases/claims during litigation, when required
--- Working both independently and with Case Management

Qualifications:
Required Experience and Skills:
--- Experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases
--- Working knowledge of insurance companies and dealing with adjusters
--- Excellent communication skills: written, digital, and oral
--- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks using applicable tools

Preferred Experience and Skills:
--- Spanish fluency is required
--- Excellent computer skills
--- MS Office experience
--- Needles software experience
--- Desire to learn and grow
