Job Description:

Busy law firm seeks an experienced Case Manager with 2 years in Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Management. Our firm's primary practice areas include Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip & Falls, and Worker's Compensation. Must speak Spanish and English fluently. Daily client contact is a must. We want growth-minded people to join our Team.

Please note: This is not a training position.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000, 401k, Cash Balance Plan, Health Insurance, Quarterly bonuses available

Responsibilities:
--- Client Intake calls, meetings, documentation
--- Opening claims, advising Insurance companies
--- Assigning and monitoring treatment with providers
--- Collection, review, and storage of medical records and bills
--- Compiling and drafting demand letters and assisting Attorney with documentation
--- Working with insurance companies to negotiate claims
--- Communication with clients, providing status updates, and checking on them
--- Assisting the firm's legal staff with cases/claims during litigation, when required
--- Work independently and with Case Management Team

Qualifications:
Required Experience and Skills:
--- Experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases
--- Working knowledge of insurance companies and dealing with adjusters
--- Excellent communication skills: written, digital, and oral
--- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks using applicable tools

Preferred Experience and Skills:
--- Spanish fluency is a Must
--- Excellent computer skills
--- Microsoft Office tools experience
--- Strong organization
--- Desire to learn and grow
