The Senior Manager, CB Marketing Performance will have responsibility for leading Cox Business' marketing performance efforts, including developing and maintaining actionable marketing dashboards, providing measurement/recommendations on marketing campaign performance, creating impactful learning plans, and supporting the overall marketing budget. The ideal candidate will serve a critical role in providing data-driven insights to continually drive better sales and marketing performance to ultimately improve the return on investment.
We are looking for a leader who brings deep practical experience in driving omnichannel ROI, delivering real-time performance measurement, and providing meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will be empowered to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful data/insights. This position reports to the Senior Director of Planning, Execution, and Analytics and will provide the organization with actionable data/insights across all marketing and sales channels.
What You'll Do

  • Provide holistic timely data and insights to continually drive marketing performance.
  • Develop/manage a performance dashboard across traditional (TV, Direct Mail, etc.) and digital marketing (digital media, email, etc.) through sales (calls, chats) and web channels (web visits, lead forms, etc.).
  • Drive the development of end-to-end measurement in an imperfect reporting environment.
  • Develop/maintain tight control of the marketing department's budget and performance.
  • Lead the integration of marketing performance data through an evolving CRM/Martech ecosystem.
  • Work with marketing leaders and agency partners on developing and managing learning plans to foster continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for delivery of statistically sound marketing performance analysis and high-quality executive-level readouts to key internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develop & manage measurement roadmaps to provide continued enhancements to marketing performance reporting and optimization opportunities.

    Who You Are
    Minimum
    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Marketing, mathematics, statistics, marketing analytics, data science) and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field
    • 3+ years' experience in management or leadership role
    • Strategic thinking, courageous innovation that reshapes the approach and drives marketing performance. A forward-looking leader, unbound by what has been done, what is traditional, and what has worked in the past.
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Datorama.
    • Expertise using Tableau for data analysis, data visualizations, and creating Business Intelligence dashboards.
    • Particular strengths in marketing performance insights, specifically but not limited to CRM, digital, search, email, account-based marketing (ABM), and traditional tactics to ensure maximum ROI and tracking on all media investments.
    • Deep marketing campaign experience, with a track record of analyzing creative/media actions and providing impactful insights and recommendations.
    • Ability to take complex analytic solutions and be able to articulate/story-tell them to enable actionable insights and operational decisions.
      Preferred
      • Telecommunications industry experience
      • Business Marketing experience
      • Deep knowledge of SFDC Marketing Ecosystem (i.e., Datorama, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Interactive Studio, Pardot)
      • Strong financial and accounting acumen
        USD 116,200.00 - 193,600.00 per year
