Job Description:

A law practice in Las Vegas, Nevada is searching for an experienced Case Manager for their esteemed Plaintiff Personal Injury practice. The ideal applicant should have the ability to communicate with clients daily and must possess fluency in both English and Spanish. Previous involvement with Motor Vehicle Incidents, Slips and Falls, and Workers' Compensation is mandatory. A competitive compensation package of $50,000 to $60,000, a 401K, Health Insurance, and periodic bonus opportunities is available to the right candidate. This is not a training position.

Responsibilities:
--- Client Intake calls, meetings, documentation
--- Opening claims, advising Insurance companies
--- Assigning and monitoring treatment with providers
--- Collection, review, and storage of medical records and bills
--- Compiling and drafting demand letters and assisting the Attorney with documentation
--- Working with insurance companies to negotiate claims
--- Communication with clients, providing status updates, and checking on them
--- Assisting the firm's legal staff with cases/claims during litigation, when required
--- Work independently and with the Case Management Team

Qualifications:
Required Experience and Skills:
--- Experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases
--- Working knowledge of insurance companies and dealing with adjusters
--- Excellent communication skills: written, digital, and oral
--- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks using applicable tools

Preferred Experience and Skills:
--- Spanish fluency is a Must
--- Excellent computer skills
--- Microsoft Office tools experience
--- Strong organization
--- Desire to learn and grow
