A company is looking for an Associate Director, Program Manager
for New Product Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Experience Testing Program and ensure program meets
overall business needs
Manage end-to-end program execution through UX, Engineering, and
Product management teams
Implement process and tools for documentation, reviews, and asset
management
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or relevant experience
8+ years within a product setting and/or consumer research
5+ years consumer payments experience
Experience utilizing data to influence key process decisions
Ability to conceptualize, research, and evaluate new ideas and
translate into business requirements
