Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to run key
planning initiatives and support sales leaders in enhancing team
productivity and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational cadence of the business
Support sales technology stack and drive adoption of tools within
the sales team
Collaborate with various functions to improve processes, such as
lead flow procedures and data initiatives
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing
operations, sales strategy, or sales enablement
Understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, business metrics, and
growth best practices
Experience with inside sales models and processes
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and sales alignment, territory
planning, reporting, and analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt
quickly to change
