Job Description:
A company is looking for a SOC Manager to provide guidance and
leadership to their Security Operations Center (SOC) and associated
systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance on security-related issues and oversee the SOC
operations
Train and manage SOC staff, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams
Plan, design, and document security systems and standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in security operations
Knowledge of network design, cybersecurity principles, and risk
management processes
Familiarity with network security methodologies and cyber
threats/vulnerabilities
Ability to develop policies and strategies in compliance with
regulations and standards
