Job Description:

Eric Blank Injury Attorneys is searching for an experienced Case Manager for their established Personal Injury law practice. 2+ years with an active P.I. firm is necessary. The ideal applicant should have the ability to communicate with clients daily and must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Previous experience with Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Dog bites cases, Premises Liability and Workers' Compensation cases are foundationally helpful. This is not a training position, you'll hit the ground running alongside your Case Management team.

Responsibilities:
--- Client Intake calls, meetings, documentation
--- Opening claims, advising Insurance companies
--- Assigning and monitoring client treatment with providers
--- Collection, review, and storage of medical records and bills
--- Compiling and drafting demand letters and assisting the Pre-litigation team with documentation
--- Working with insurance companies to negotiate claims
--- Communication with clients, providing status updates and checking on them on an ongoing basis
--- Assisting the firm's legal staff with cases/claims during litigation, when required
--- Work independently and with the Case Management Team
--- Translation when needed

Qualifications:
Required Experience and Skills:
--- Experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases
--- Working knowledge of insurance companies and dealing with adjusters
--- Excellent communication skills: written, digital, and oral
--- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks using applicable tools

Preferred Experience and Skills:
--- Spanish fluency is a Must
--- Excellent computer skills
--- Microsoft Office tools experience
--- Strong organization
--- Desire to learn and grow
