Job Description:

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of three residential community living sites, serving adults with physical disabilities, neurological impairments, and TBI. Accessible Space, Inc. This position will ensure that client health, safety, goals, and dignity needs are well met and will manage 24-hour DSP staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team and to ensure that that clients reach or maintain their highest level of independence. Qualifications needed for this position include : The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor---s Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and education with a minimum of one year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury and one year of successful experience managing/supervising staff. Experience working with ISPs a plus Must possess a sincere desire to make a difference.
