Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager, fully
remote.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and improve internal business development workflows for
efficiency and alignment with company goals
Oversee Salesforce data accuracy and reporting, and interact with
independent sales agents and service provider partners
Collaborate with Business Development and Customer Success teams to
develop sales forecasts and provide necessary tools and
insights
Required Qualifications
Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of business
development and customer success processes
Experience with Salesforce, including data management and
reporting
Ability to train new hires on Salesforce usage
Experience in drafting and administering bonus plans
Familiarity with sales-related tools and technologies, such as CRM
systems and analytics platforms
