Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Operations Manager to lead a
team focused on benefits integration implementations and process
improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of operations specialists to ensure customer
commitments are met within deadlines
Manage complex escalations and communicate with customers
throughout project lifecycles
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement
process improvements
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, with
at least 3+ years in a management position
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or
Insurance
Familiarity with EDI strongly preferred
Previous experience managing vendors is required
