A company is looking for a Marketplace Counselor Operations
Manager to develop the operational framework of their counselor
marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Attract, recruit, and onboard top-tier college counselors while
managing talent pipelines and training programs
Foster community engagement and retention among counselors through
structured strategies and mentorship programs
Oversee marketplace operations, ensuring quality experiences and
implementing process improvements for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related
field
Master's degree (MBA, MS) from a School of Management required
5+ years of experience in marketplace operations with strong people
management skills
Experience leveraging AI-driven automation workflows to streamline
operations
Deep expertise in ATS, CRM, HRIS, and data-driven
decision-making
