Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Workplace Possibilities to
optimize service delivery and improve processes related to
return-to-work and stay-at-work services.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational
and strategic goals
Lead a team of clinical disability and accommodation experts to
enhance customer experience
Manage technology and reporting systems to improve service delivery
and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing, rehabilitation counseling, social
work, psychology, business, or a related field
Understanding of group insurance, ADAAA, and disability
management
Experience in supervision or leadership in a customer service
environment
Operational management experience
Familiarity with organizational methodology, preferably Lean
