Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead - AR Deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily assistance logs and workflows to ensure timely
responses and issue resolution
Collaborate with various teams to address client requests and
internal notes
Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead
team meetings
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience navigating Cerner, Meditech, and healthcare claims
clearinghouse
Background in backend revenue cycle management with knowledge of
billing workflows
Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis, including
pivot tables
