Mail.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the vision and innovation for the Direct Mail program
Manage all aspects of Direct Mail, including strategy, audience
targeting, and operations
Analyze program performance and identify improvement opportunities
using data insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in analytics and
performance-based marketing, preferably in Direct Mail
Experience in end-to-end campaign strategy and execution with
quantifiable results
Proven leadership and project execution skills in complex
environments
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data
for decision-making
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
