Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Alliances & Consultant
Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with key contacts in the
consulting community
Collaborate with internal teams to create opportunities and enhance
consultant engagement
Coordinate events and create resources to support consultants in
utilizing the company's solutions
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in strategic account management, business
development, or consulting, particularly in healthcare
Experience at a benefits consulting or brokerage firm is strongly
preferred
Established relationships with firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW,
Alliant, Gallagher, and Lockton
Proven ability to cultivate trust and rapport with key
stakeholders
Strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment and a
collaborative approach to teamwork
