Stabilization and Assessment program is a residential treatment
center dedicated to highly acute adolescents. The program
specializes in the stabilization and assessment of adolescent boys
ages 12 to 17 and their families. Nestled in the picturesque
landscape of Southern Utah and Zion's National Park, our campus in
Hurricane, Utah, provides more than just treatment we offer a warm,
home-like atmosphere!Responsibilities:Limited caseloads: No more
that 6 that allow for establishing good rapport with
clients.Evidence-Based Practices: Emphasize your knowledge and
experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and
interventions (DBT, TF-CBT, Smart Recovery, Seeking Safety,
ACT.)Client-Centered Approach: Stress your commitment to providing
client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet individual, group &
family therapy needs.Collaborative Care: Express a willingness to
work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including
physicians, psychiatrists, and other specialists.Ability to work
with a diverse population and understanding cultural nuances is
crucial.Maintain compliance with treatment standards through
meticulous & timley documentation of notes and adherence to MTP
(Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.Contribute to the
achievement of program goals by implementing and meeting outcomes
testing and standards.Oversee the fulfillment of program completion
and discharge requirements for all students: Most Critical Outcome
is 80% of program completion for your caseload.Develop
comprehensive discharge plans for students, ensuring thorough
review with both students and their family members.Seize the

generational healing.Qualifications:Minimum master's Degree in
Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work
(CSW,) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or a related
discipline.Preferred - Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
(LCMHC)Acceptable - Associate licensure: Certified Social Worker
(CSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate
Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).A desire to facilitate
client growth through a team approach, working with other care
providers.A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic
expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.Preferred - Two
years of working experience as a therapist leading individual,
family, and group therapy sessions.Prefered - One year of
experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential,
and systemic modalities.Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a
course of treatment as required.Ability to pass a state background
check.Required to have CAQH profile established or updated if you
have one and obtain an NPI number for credentialing
