SMA is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician to join our Las Vegas, NV clinic. Position Description: - Provide excellent clinical pediatric services as required by Southwest Medical Associates, adopting best practices and practicing evidence-based medicine - Provide comprehensive care in clinic to a broad range of pediatric patients from birth to 18 years of age with diverse pathological conditions and medical complications; also responsible for vaccine management - Flexible scheduling available with the option for a 4-day work week in order to support a healthy work/life balance You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - Unrestricted, NP/PA-C active licensure in the State of NV or ability to obtain prior to employment - Current NV DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date Preferred Qualifications: - Pediatrics experience - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation & Benefits Highlights: - Attractive base salary, sign on bonus, and quarterly bonus plan. - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, STD/LTD, professional liability, matching 401K, relocation costs, as well as PTO, 8 paid company holidays and one week of paid CME Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
