together. As a Community Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible
for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from
patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of
customer service and maximized productivity. Along the way, you'll

Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110 Schedule: Monday – Saturday with 8hr
shift between 8:00am - 7:00pm PST Primary Responsibilities: - Enter
prescriptions and verifying appropriate information - Contacting
patients, pharmacists and doctor’s offices to resolve claims issues
- Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion) - Resolve
customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided -
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and
quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record -
Fulfillment of prescription orders - Ability to interpret
prescription orders and enter pharmacy system - Answering the
telephone utilizing appropriate etiquette - Documenting
interventions and tracking outcomes with Pharmacy team - Resolving
customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided What are

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - Pharmacy
Technician license in the state of Nevada - 2 years of experience
working as a Pharmacy Technician including insurance claims
processing, rejection, resolution, and knowledge of laws and
regulations regarding scope of practice - Intermediate level of
proficiency with computers using Windows PC applications, including
the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications -
Ability to stand for entire shift (8 hours) - Ability to wear mask
for duration of shift, if required - Ability to work at 650 North
Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110, Monday – Saturday with an 8-hour
shift between 8:00am - 7:00pm PST - Bilingual Spanish/English Pay
is based on several factors including but not limited to local
