Physician Role: As a Primary Care Physician, you will deliver

Physician Location: Mesquite - 2110 N Galloway Ave 116, Mesquite,
TX 75150 Role Overview: The role of a Primary Care Physician is to
deliver equitable and effective value-based healthcare to local
Medicare patients within our innovative network of neighborhood
primary care facilities. Our physicians work at a single medical
center, supported by extensive care teams, allowing them to
concentrate on providing superior quality of care rather than
merely increasing service volume . Our value-based care model,

candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director
role. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients at our
local clinics. Oversee and manage primary care services. Prescribe
and administer medications and treatments. Maintain patient
electronic medical records using Canopy and Greenway. Collaborate
with regional and central leadership to achieve health quality
targets. Work alongside Practice Managers to lead and manage the
center's care team. Perform additional duties as required.
Essential Qualifications: Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of
Osteopathy (D.O.) degree. Board Certification in Internal Medicine
or Family Medicine (or board eligible). Active, unrestricted state
medical license. Current DEA license. Authorization to work in the
U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in Geriatrics.
Experience in treating geriatric populations. Familiarity with a
Value-Based Healthcare Model. Experience in collaborative
environments to ensure positive health outcomes. Background in
outpatient primary care settings. Bilingual skills where
applicable. Expected Weekly Hours: 40 Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is:
$174,070.00 - $374,920.00 This range reflects the base hourly rate
or annual salary for all roles within this job grade. The actual
salary offered will depend on various factors, including
experience, education, location, and other relevant considerations.
