inpatient responsibilities, no hospital call . Volume: Expect
patients per day in clinic, with strong referral streams over 25%
of ECHO referrals come from the group s own primary care physicians
. Clinical Autonomy: Full control over patient care decisions
without unnecessary bureaucracy. Team-Building Potential:
Physicians who expand their practice by adding APP extenders can
grow their patient panel and significantly enhance long-term
earning potential. Schedule Flexibility: Design a schedule that

shareholder in just 12 months. Base/Floor: $600K $650K annually
from cardiology alone. Ancillary Upside: Additional $100K $200K
