Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Location: Las Vegas, NV (Full-Time) Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary This role is designed for a Physical Therapist who values clinical structure and outcome-based care. You will assess movement impairments, create targeted treatment strategies, and provide skilled therapy that supports recovery and long-term function. Clear documentation and patient communication are essential to success in this position. Responsibilities Complete evaluations, establish goals, and outline a plan of care Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions using evidence-based techniques Use therapeutic exercise and functional training to improve strength and mobility Provide manual therapy as clinically appropriate Monitor outcomes, update documentation, and adjust plans as needed Coordinate with physicians, case managers, or other providers when required Maintain professional standards for safety, ethics, and documentation Requirements DPT from an accredited physical therapy program Nevada PT license in good standing (or eligible to obtain) CPR/BLS certification Experience treating orthopedic conditions preferred Strong patient communication skills and attention to detail Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Interested in a role where your clinical skills get used every day?
