Job Description Job Description Per-Diem Optometrist (Nevada Licensed) - Mobile Community Vision Care Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Schedule: Per-Diem, Event-Based Location: Clark County, NV and surrounding areas We are looking for a Nevada-licensed Optometrist who enjoys getting out of the office and into the community. Our mobile vision program brings high-quality eye care directly to schools, community centers, and neighborhoods where access is limited. We show up, set up, see patients efficiently, and leave people seeing better than when we arrived. Simple. Effective. Human. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive eye exams in a mobile clinic setting Diagnose and manage refractive and ocular conditions Prescribe corrective lenses and clinical treatment plans Work closely with opticians and support staff Keep clear, accurate clinical documentation Follow all Nevada licensing and compliance standards What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Nevada Optometry License Malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain) Comfort working in fast-paced, community-based settings Strong clinical judgment and good patient rapport Reliable, adaptable, and professional Nice to Have Experience in mobile clinics, community health, or outreach Bilingual (Spanish/English) Experience serving diverse or underserved populations Compensation & Structure Competitive per-diem or daily rate 1099 independent contractor status Flexible scheduling No long-term commitment required Why Join Us Care-first, community-focused work No sales pressure Well-run mobile operations Respect for your time and expertise
