Job Description Job Description Salary: We are seeking a compassionate Full TimeCase Managerto provide skilled in-home therapy under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse. In this role, you will help patients improve mobility, restore function, and maintain independence while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Nevada.
