Location: Las Vegas, NV 89119 Pay: on experience and certification Job Description We are hiring a full-time Assistant Clinical Director who is a certified BCBA or BCaBA . This position involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities in a shared leadership role with another BCBA. You’ll help oversee daily operations, staff training, and client services to ensure high-quality ABA therapy. Responsibilities Share clinic coverage during all operating hours Conduct client intakes and functional assessments Develop and implement behavior intervention plans Facilitate ABA-based group sessions and parent support groups Conduct parent training sessions Train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Assist with clinic supervision and day-to-day operations Complete and submit Prior Authorizations, including Medicaid PAs Use Rethink EMR for documentation and data tracking Perform administrative tasks as needed to support and promote clinic advancement Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer regulations Qualifications Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (in good standing) At least 1 year of experience in the ABA field Experience with Rethink or similar EMR systems Familiarity with Medicaid and prior authorization submission Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Company Description Personalized therapy.
