A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and
drivers, sending policy documents, etc
Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies
or make changes to existing policies
Required Qualifications:
Hold a valid P&C insurance license
Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
Passionate about helping others
