In this role, you will welcome customers into the coffee shop and prepare their coffee orders. Your goal is to ensure patrons enjoy their drinks and time at our shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex Maintain a clean work environment Qualifications : Familiarity with food safety guidelines ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods
