As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating up to three machines in the production process while adhering to PLI's high quality standards. To keep operations running smoothly, you'll also help us with daily maintenance by cleaning and preparing your work area for the next shift. You'll be able to identify and troubleshoot any issues after being trained by one of our experienced team members. As a member of our PLI team, you will contribute your individual skills and talents to help the team meet and exceed their goals and objectives. Most importantly, you'll work safely and efficiently while being able to stand and think on your feet for all or most of your shift. Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm with weekends and overtime as requiredPay: $15.50/hour

What you'll be doing:

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned machines and equipment, to include setup and basic maintenance
  
• Read, understand, and follow job instructions and safety regulations
  
• Detect, troubleshoot, correct, or report machine issues while maintaining quality production
  
• Perform necessary in-process quality checks to ensure output is consistent with quality standards
  
• Follow standard processes and procedures as established and assigned by Operations Lead
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned equipment and workspaces
  
• Assist other work areas as needed to help our team meet customer demands
