Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage candidates for Financial Advisor
roles
Build and maintain a talent pipeline while fostering relationships
with candidates
Analyze recruiting metrics and assist with marketing efforts to
attract candidates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-5 years of recruiting or relevant sales experience
Experience in a people-facing environment
Prior experience analyzing reports and metrics
Understanding of financial services roles and industry
