Job Description:

? Build and maintain websites, web apps, and/or features from specifications? Write responsive web markup using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript that is cross-browser compatible? Collaborate with the internal Graphics Department to assist in UI & UX design and create standardized policies to ensure future websites meet technical requirements? Use and troubleshoot SSH/SFTP, FTP connections using a Security Key? Maintain and update Social Media platforms for each property? Manage and prioritize multiple projects at any given time? Will utilize and update CentOS 5+ Linux server administration is a requirement (Install/maintain software packages, setup services/scripts, compile projects from source)? Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and ability to receive and perform instructions that may not go according to web standards or existing design scheme? We are migrating to the following server software: Docker, Apache (2.x), PHP (7.4), MySQL (8.0.21), PHPMyAdmin for MySQL 8.x. ? We are migrating to the following backend software: Docker, Compsoer (1.9.1), Laravel (7.x), Node.js / NPM (6.14.6), Webpack (4.43.0), and Vue (2.5.17).Job Requirements:? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)? 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role? Experience with CSS pre-processing scripts including SASS and LESS? Experience with asynchronous request handling using AJAX? Experience with JavaScript libraries including but not limited to jQuery, Lodash, Ember? Experience with front-end frameworks including but not limited to Vue, React, Angular, Meteor? Experience with back-end frameworks including but not limited to Laravel, Symfony? Experience with package managers including but not limited to NPM, Yarn, Composer? Proficient knowledge of PHP (5+) is a requirement? Proficient knowledge of MySQL (5+) is a requirement? Proficient knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP)? Proficient knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC), Service, and Repository programming design patterns and architectures? Knowledge of creating and implementing REST APIs, integrating third-party APIs, and authentication methods including Bearer and OAuth2? Experience with E-commerce is a plus? Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce is a plus? Preferred basic knowledge of image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications for creating and manipulating graphic images? Basic knowledge and understanding of SEO/SEM optimization for organic and paid search.? Basic knowledge and understanding of BASH and BASH scripting including CRON job creation and monitoring
