CoordinatorPosition type: Full-time Contract to Hire Duration: 4
months Location: Las Vegas, NevadaAs a(n) Technical Services
Coordinator you will: Are you a problem solver who enjoys working
with customers to fix issues and offer instructions? ***** is
looking for a Technical Services Coordinator (or TSC) to work as a
level 1 agent. This position handles incoming calls, looking to
resolve short, common issues or to gather necessary information to
escalate to a level 2 agent. Strong communication, organizational,
and troubleshooting skills are essential to provide a high level of
customer service as the first point of contact for support. Job
Duties:Answer incoming calls to tech support hotline, and create
tickets for callsTroubleshoot common issues seen in
software/hardwareAdd details to ticket to ensure escalated tickets
contain enough information for level 2 agents to understand the
full problem or requestDocument cases the TSC was able to solve to
describe the issue, troubleshooting steps, and resolutionMonitor
the incoming email-based tickets in queue and alert or assign
tickets as neededHandle level 1 tickets and follow up throughout
the case's lifecycleDevelop product knowledge through available
resourcesCore Requirements:Communicate professionally with
customersUnderstand and use troubleshooting processesAdapt
communication to customer's knowledge levelHave strong attention to
detailsDemonstrate organizational skillsUnderstand how software and
hardware interactDesire to expand knowledge of productsMaintain
composure if working with upset customerWorking knowledge of SQL,
IP configuration, and software applicationsKnowledge of door

RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: Between $44,000 - $48,000 per year
OR $20.00 - $24.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful
candidate will be based on several factors, including the
candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job
