Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager - IT Governance & Compliance to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with education-sector regulations and data privacy policies. Project Lifecycle Management – Ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with District goals. Stakeholder Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates and manage expectations. Budget & Resource Management – Experience in cost estimation, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation. Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Ability to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Process Optimization – Skilled in refining workflows and improving efficiency across IT projects. Project Management Tools – Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other PM platforms. Team Coordination – Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments. Decision-Making & Problem-Solving – Strong analytical thinking to navigate challenges and drive solutions. Change Management – Expertise in adapting to shifting priorities and implementing best practices. PREFERRED PMP Certification – PMI Project Management Professional certification is highly desirable. Education Sector Experience – Prior work with K-12 or higher education institutions is a plus. SAP Business Network (Ariba) – Ability to process invoices and purchase orders through this platform.
