role We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us
scale aggressively across infrastructure, software, and network. In
2026, we’re entering a pivotal growth phase as we plan to double
the size of our team. The Senior Technical Recruiter will play a
critical role in making that growth possible ensuring we scale
quickly without compromising technical excellence, culture, or
long-term quality. This role sits at the center of our company’s
next chapter. You’ll help define how we hire, who we hire, and how
our teams are built as we expand our engineering, infrastructure,
and leadership orgs. This is an opportunity to own recruiting at
scale, leave a lasting imprint on a rapidly growing company, and be
a key driver of our success as we move into our next phase of
growth. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and
highly specialized technical roles, including software engineering,
infrastructure, systems, hardware, AI/ML, and leadership positions
Partner closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership
to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build
scalable hiring plans aligned with company growth Proactively
source and engage top technical talent through creative and
data-driven strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals,
events, and networking Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
by running structured, transparent, and efficient interview
processes from first contact through offer close Drive offer
strategy and negotiations, partnering with leadership to close
senior-level candidates in a competitive market Required Experience
7 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track
record of hiring senior and highly specialized technical talent in
fast-growing or high-performance environments Deep experience
recruiting for complex technical roles such as software
engineering, infrastructure, systems, hardware, AI/ML, or other
hard-to-fill specialties Strong sourcing expertise, including
direct outreach, talent mapping, and building pipelines in
competitive markets Excellent judgment in evaluating technical and
non-technical candidates, with the ability to assess skills,
potential, and cultural alignment Experience managing full-cycle
recruiting, from role kickoff through offer negotiation and close,
with consistent delivery in high-volume or high-urgency scenarios
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to
improve process efficiency and hiring outcomes What We Bring
