--- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a bustling Personal Injury law firm is required.
--- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective client communication.
--- Advantageous to have prior experience handling cases related to Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Dog Bites, Premises Liability, and Workers' Compensation.

We seek a proactive candidate who can seamlessly integrate with our Case Management team from day 1 and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
--- Handle client intake calls, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate documentation
--- Initiate claims and notify insurance companies promptly
--- Coordinate and oversee client treatment with healthcare providers
--- Gather, review, and securely store medical records and bills
--- Prepare and compose demand letters, and support the Pre-Litigation Director with information and paperwork
--- Keep clients informed of case progress, providing regular updates and support
--- Collaborate with the legal team on cases during litigation as necessary
--- Demonstrate autonomy and teamwork within the Case Management department
--- Provide translation services when required

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 1+ years experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases in a bustling law firm setting is required.
--- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective client communication.
--- Familiarity with insurance companies and handling adjusters is essential.
--- Strong written, digital, and oral communication skills are a must.
--- Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and utilize relevant tools effectively is required.
--- Spanish fluency is a mandatory requirement for this position.
--- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools, are preferred.
--- Strong organizational skills are desired for effective case management.
