Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to
strengthen its internal Legal function.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts,
including sales and vendor contracts
Streamline and automate the contract negotiation process while
managing legal workflows for agreements and requests
Provide support on legal matters such as employment issues,
investor relations, and corporate transactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
J.D. with strong academic credentials
Minimum of 4 years' experience at a top law firm and in-house
practice, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector
Proven ability in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts,
particularly software/SaaS agreements
Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Member in good standing of a State Bar, with permission to work
remotely as in-house counsel
