Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Litigation Legal Assistant with 1 years of experience to join our law firm's team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position involves providing essential support to attorneys and paralegals in handling complex legal matters, with a particular focus on file organization, data input, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. This position is in-office. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Handle client communications by screening inquiries and providing timely responses. Organize and maintain client files in both electronic and physical formats for easy access. Assist attorneys with billing processes and ensure accuracy in documentation. Provide backup administrative support to other legal assistants as needed. Ensure all tasks are performed with confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Prepare and submit electronic court filings for both state and federal jurisdictions. Qualifications: You have 1 years of experience in a legal environment. History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals. Must be professional, dependable, organized, and highly capable to work well independently. Able to transport 100% of the time to the office location. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability is highly regarded.
