This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth distribution environment supporting both domestic and international operations . Shift Availability 1st Shift (Morning): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday (1 opening) 2nd Shift (Night): 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday (1 opening) Note: All candidates must be available to complete required training on 1st shift . About the Role The Warehouse Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting full-cycle warehouse operations , from inbound receiving to outbound shipping. This position focuses on accuracy, efficiency, process improvement, and compliance within a dynamic logistics environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven , with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams. You will help drive operational excellence across multiple distribution centers. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving and outbound shipping Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Support domestic and international DC operations through documentation and communication Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate reporting and data management Create, update, and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams Assist leadership with compliance audits, documentation, and project tracking Provide flexible support across warehouse functions and shifts as needed Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting tools) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of warehouse workflows, logistics, and distribution operations Experience creating clear, professional documentation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work assigned shift (1st or 2nd) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Familiarity with KPI tracking, warehouse productivity metrics, and performance reporting Company Description Our Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
